Our Leadership LEVEL is led by Byron Stigge, a globally recognized thought leader in sustainability theory and practice. He has extensive experience in sustainable development principles from his work across the United States and in more than 20 countries. Our Team The LEVEL team consists of planners, engineers, strategists, and researchers. The firm also maintains long-standing partnerships with universities, economic advisors, local infrastructure providers, and many others to complement our capabilities. Our Design Philosophy We undertake all of our projects with collaborative and integrated approach. From transforming wastewater sludge into biogas to cooling solar panels with recycled water, LEVEL pinpoints connections across infrastructure systems and leverages them to create holistic design solutions.
