Its mission was to market life insurance products and services to independent personal producers throughout the United States. Windsor provides sales ideas, marketing material and marketing systems to assist you in the sale and service of life insurance products to your high income and high net-worth clients.Windsor began with a core group of top producers from around the country and has grown to over 300 producers. Many of our original producers are still a part of the Windsor family today. This group has grown to include second generations that have come into the family business.In addition, Windsor's principals created Elar Partners, the nation's first Agent Owned Reinsurance Company. Since 1989 Elar has distributed over 100 million dollars to its members via periodic capitalizations.In 1998, Windsor and its principals again took the lead in life insurance distribution as the creator and one of the founding firms of National Financial Partners.
