We are one of the founding members of the Home Warranty Association of California, an association representing the warranty companies that issue approximately 90% of warranties sold in California. Buyers Protection Group purchased HISCO Home Warranty in 2011. This relationship makes perfect sense for the Real Estate Community because it created the most concentrated protection for all parties involved in a Real Estate transaction.Many of the coverages and practices in the home warranty industry were introduced by HISCO. HISCO pioneered the phone-in application, the FAX-IN application, and same-day billing to escrow.
