• Watson Institute Philippines is innovating the field of tertiary education by providing world class education that is low cost. It is the country's first incubator for student entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators ages 18-23. It includes short master courses from the worlds foremost leaders, entrepreneurs, and thinkers including a co-recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize, one of Time Magazines 100 most influential people, Forbes 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurs and more; intensive mentorship; and training in the entrepreneurial skills of empathy, creativity, resilience, grit, bootstrapping, team building and fundraising. Watson helps students develop and advance solutions to the toughest challenges facing the world. It is the first satellite campus of Watson University in Boulder, Colorado and will eventually also become a university. Now on our 2nd year, we are proud to have catered to a total of twenty-five (25) scholars, each with their own ventures to solve the worlds toughest problems. So far, our programs impact spans fourteen (14) issue areas including climate change, indigenous people, economic development, LGBT rights, sustainable agriculture, and more all through the scholars ventures. We have been featured on Rappler, e27, Inquirer, and CNN Philippines and have cultivated a global community of social entrepreneurs, innovators and industry leaders.
