Founded in 2005, New Look Cosmetics custom formulates and/or reverse-engineer existing formulations in our in-house liquid and powder R&D laboratories. We specialize in lipsticks, lip glosses, lip stains, mascaras, eye shadows, blushes, concealers, face powders, foundations, primers, eyeliners, brow powders/gels, bronzers, lip balms, body scrubs, temporary hair colors, fragrance sticks, creams, lotions, moisturizers, toners, cleansers, face masks and men care products. We continue to invest in new talents and equipments to better serve our customers' ever-changing dynamic needs. We've partnered with reputable packaging vendors and offer both turnkey and non-turnkey manufacturing as well as assembly only service.
