She is passionate about helping people pursue their talents and views the focus of her career as helping organizations improve employee engagement levels and employees leverage strengths on their paths of success. Traci's work experience includes organization development, human resources consulting, career and outplacement coaching, and training delivery. She has consulted across numerous industries and delivered training at the college and corporate level, including The University of Kansas, University of Northern Iowa, Accenture, and John Deere.
