• I would like to introduce myself and let you know the services I can offer and a little about my history in the real estate business. I started in 2003 and worked for the largest Re/max office in central Florida and became rookie of the year in that same year. After 4 years and more than 80 transactions I saw the market changing. So I started looking for a way to change directions in the business so I decided to work for one of the largest whole sale real estate companies in the Tampa Bay Area but I had to learn how to think like a real estate investor and not a Realtor. After almost a year and over 70 properties a local Homevestors office came to me and asked me to join their team. I started in the acquisition department and learn how to buy houses pennies on the dollar. I also would oversee each rehab project. Then I moved into the sales department and worked with the company until they had to close the office and I was able to sell the rest of their inventory some at half the price. After learning from some of the best people in real estate on both sides on the business I started my own company called Investor Home Store I wanted to be able to help investors with every step of their process of buying and selling their investments. Right now I have a full team in place that can handle locate great deals, do your short sales, property management, wholesale properties and buy properties with the help of my network of cash buyers.
