Sourcing appropriate talent & negotiating equitable talent buy package/technical rider/hospitality rider terms through extensive knowledge of entertainment booking policy practices on behalf of clients. Leveraging & influencing supplier pricing by employing first hand intimate Insider knowledge of event venues, venue management, hotel properties, catering, & event supplier practices, policies, language, & Industry Insider discounted pricing arrangements. Tracking, approving, reconciling, & archiving all event expenses & documents, as well as, analyzing event cost/benefit ratios in multiple categories including messaging, branding, delivery, execution, & finances.
