• The Preston Partnership, LLC is a multi-disciplinary design firm with offices in Atlanta, GA and Vienna, VA. The firm was founded in 1995 with a focus on architecture and design, combined with an absolute commitment to service. Today, we generally sit between fifty and one hundred design professionals with a multi-disciplinary approach, including architecture, interior design and landscape architecture. Weve enjoyed considerable growth and weathered occasional recessions, but weve never lost sight of taking unprecedented care of our clients.Our early success was built around the retail realm with neighborhood shopping centers, power centers and national retailers. Diversification took us beyond retail and into other markets, including multifamily and mixed use. Many years ago, we moved beyond an Atlanta regional presence and onto the national scene with multiple offices and projects across the country. From Miami to Washington, DC on the east coast to Los Angeles on the west coast. Our portfolio has grown to include large, complicated projects driven by some of the most respected and well-known developers in the nation. Alongside their success, we have matured into one of the most reputable design firms in the business. Its a reputation we worked hard to achieve and one we work hard every day to maintain.
