• Hudgins-Groover is a real estate appraisal and real estate brokerage firm celebrating it's 30th year in 2009. The principals are Richard T. (Dick) Hudgins, MAI, and Mike Groover, IFAS. Hudgins-Groover began as a real estate agency in 1979, which brokered commercial properties, farms, ranches, and residential properties. Shortly thereafter, Hudgins-Groover began investing in development projects which included residential subdivisions, townhouses, apartments, and commercial sites. The partnership, known as Hudgins-Groover Appraisal, began performing real estate appraisals in the early 1980's as a result of client confidence in their experience as real estate professionals. They have since advanced their real estate appraisal expertise with professional training and education with Richard Hudgins obtaining the MAI appraisal designation and Mike Groover obtaining the IFAS appraisal designation. During the Spring of 1998, Hudgins-Groover Real Estate was established. Linda Baca, an experienced licensed real estate agent who has a reputation as a top producer, joined Hudgins-Groover in May 1998. In December 2002, Hudgins-Groover welcomed Greg Lapham as a staff appraiser. Greg has since become a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas. In November 2007, Tracy Braden joined Hudgins-Groover as a staff appraiser and is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Our office building is located at 120 N.
