- T & R Custom, Inc. is the oldest, largest, and most efficient manufacturer of on frame commercial modular buildings in the Southeast. The company began operations in April of 1972 with a staff of 12 and a production facility of 2,000 square feet in Ellaville, Georgia. The first buildings we manufactured were utility buildings, storage buildings, and add-a-rooms for mobile homes. Due to an increasing demand for commercial office trailers, we manufactured our first commercial trailer in 1974.Since 1974 we have increased our production facility from 2,000 to nearly 200,000 square feet keeping pace with increasing consumer demands. Combined . . . Our TEAM has over 200 years industry experience !We are widely known as the people you call when you need stock equipment FAST !!! Not only do we own THE LARGEST READY TO SHIP NEW FLEET in the industry but we also build TOP QUALITY, AWARD WINNING, CUSTOM MODULAR BUILDINGS for a variety of uses.Ever evolving, we now form our own hi-rib steel siding and trim which is available for your next re-furbishing or repair project ! All of our cabinetry and restroom modesty partitions are produced in house as well. Dont hesitate to call us no matter how small or how large your project is.
