    • Lauren is a revolutionary cake designer and pastry chef who is setting new standards in creative cakes. She first fell in love with decorating at her first job as an assistant in the bakery at her local Co-op at the age of 15. Lauren instantly become wowed for her creations and modern edge. Throughout her high school years, Lauren continued to take on new challenges working for Safeway Bakery, Lakeview Organic Bakery, and the famous Buttercream Bake Shoppe. However, she wanted the education to back up her experience. In May 2010, Lauren received her Baking and Pastry Arts diploma with a journeyman certification at SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary, Alberta.
