• TraitWare® Secure and Simplify Your Digital Life Smartphone and tablet security technology that eliminates the need for usernames, passwords or PINs, helping to prevent identity theft and transaction fraud by integrating with websites and applications, all while enhancing the user experience. TraitWare® is a patent-pending process that authenticates the identity of an end user and certain digital personality traits on their smartphone or tablet device in real time, in-transaction. When combined with either TouchID (Apple) or PhotoAuth, our proprietary sign on technology, PINs and passwords can be eliminated with heightened security and without utilizing additional hardware. Cloud sites, websites, and smartphone applications, whether on a mobile device or a PC, can all be secured without requiring the use of any usernames or passwords and without having this critical information stored on the device. The ease of use of TraitWare® is shown in our videos which can be viewed at traitware.com/videos. TraitWare® differs from others who are working in the password/login market space. There are many apps currently available which serve as vaults for usernames and passwords. TraitWare® uses an OAuth 2.0 flow procedure to do all of the authentication behind the scenes, with a mobile phone or tablet acting as the needed key to let this happen. The malware used in the JP Morgan & Chase, Anthem-Blue Cross, and Sony hack had usernames and passwords imbedded into the malware. TraitWare® makes this sort of attack much more difficult if not impossible. Another feature available is geofencing. The authentication server can then require that you must be within a certain distance of a location (such as your home or office) to allow you to login. This program saves companies money by eliminating the need to create new passwords monthly and the recall of said passwords (forgotten). We estimate this process to be able to save 30min-1hr per employees time monthly.
