- WIN (MN Women In Networking) is the premier Twin Cities-based organization in which women have been encouraging one another's professional growth and business success since 2002. Our members are a mix of female entrepreneurs, business owners and key players in business to business services.The women of WIN share a motivation for achievement and prosperity. Members build relationships with other dynamic women, learn from one another, and share resources in order to achieve their goals.The WIN experience is designed to be motivating and rewarding for women who value and actively practice the principles and process of networking. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere that is supportive, educational, and dynamic so women may: * Have easy access to each other's encouragement, knowledge, talents, and resources. WIN members and friends connect with one another in a variety of ways: our 2nd Tuesday monthly breakfast, 3rd Wednesday monthly luncheon, regular WINstitute sessions for deep dive learning and connections, special events, as well as through the WIN's member portal and social media. * Improve their networking skills and results. Events offer a combination of informal and structured networking activities that highlight techniques for making connections and pursuing your business goals. WIN's newsletter and blog share strategies for building your business and networkOur philosophy is welcoming and non-competitive. Membership is not restricted to one person per industry or employment type, we do not require lead quotas, and we do not have a policy against membership with other networking organizations. Instead, we encourage members to enhance their networking abilities, foster meaningful partnerships with others, and help one another to grow and prosper.If you are a entrepreneurial-minded woman interested in creating meaningful business connections , we invite you to come to connect, learn and re-energize with other motivated and uplifting women.
