She founded this firm with over 20 years of management, underwriting, and marketing experience. Her 22 years of experience in her field have involved writing personal lines insurance, bonds, and commercial lines insurance. Her expertise began in small commercial businesses, but she successfully learned the contractual world of insurance and high risk business exposures. Prior to founding Harned Insurance Services, Crystal started a consulting business that she ran for 2 years, before returning to the insurance industry. While still able to help small business owners insure their businesses as well as all classes of middle market sized accounts, she specializes in the Oil & Gas and Crane & Rigging sectors.
