The idea was to create a Firm focused solely on providing insurance clients with exceptional and personal service with experienced staff, knowledgeable about the insurance industry. The goal was to be the leader in serving insurance clients.This idea was shared with 47 people; they ALL loved it. The idea became a reality. . . 7 of them became employees. The other 40our first clients. We all took a chance. . . it was worth it.Weve built a Firm where remarkable people choose to grow their careers. We invest heavily in them, their professionalism, their family, and their values. We empower them, and they are determined to prevail. We are a team; we are committed to one another and our clients.
