We have successfully closed bank owned properties for 24 Asset Management, Eastern Savings Bank, Bank of America and Homecomings Financial.Our strength in this current market is effective negotiations with lenders concerning the listing and selling of bank owned properties, whether REO or by short sales. Our list of bank representatives is national in scope.We conduct foreclosure prevention seminars in Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce, Florida, all in connection with Consumer Credit Counseling Services. Further, I host a weekly radio show which focuses on the real estate trends in our community.
