Over the course of the last 10 years Diversity Abroad has transformed from a concept to the becoming the leader in connecting talented diverse and underrepresented students and alumni to meaningful international opportunities that will prepare them for leadership in the 21st Century world. Additionally, the Diversity Abroad Network is the leading professional consortium of education institutions, government agencies, for-profit and non-profit organizations committed to advancing diversity and inclusive good practices that increase access, achieve greater diversity and foster inclusive excellence in international education.Our vision is that the next generation of young people from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds are equipped with the skills and experience to compete in the 21st century global marketplace by having equal access to meaningful international education opportunities and by having adequate support from culturally competent professionals before, during and after participating in international education programs.
