    • A designated Youth Service agency, PCYS provideds high quality, free out-patient mental health and substance abuse services, emergency youth shelter, prevention and diversion services. PCYS serves youth 11-17 years and their families and is the only service provider in the area that provides services without regard for the service recipient's ability or desire to pay for such services. Governed by a Board of Directors and aided by the PCYS Advisory Board for Sustainability and Public Awareness, PCYS has launched a Friends of PCYS group. For more information about services or how to support PCYS, please go to www.pcys.org. PCYS is non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization.
