• Placement Partners MN, Inc. is contracted by Hennepin, Anoka and Dakota County, and licensed by the State of Minnesota to provide community-based supported employment and Independent Living skills services to women and men, 18 years of age or older, who have a physical and/or mental disability or other barriers to independence.
