• UPDATE>>>January 20172016 marks completion of 6 full years in business. Jim Kirkland, owner of Bay Pro, reports 2016 was a remarkable year with Company growth, revenue, and profit all exceeding budget objectives. 2016 was challenging, but rewarding . Landscape maintenance contracts grew by 51% and overall revenue was up 52%. Accelerated growth with existing clients, in addition to adding new property management and corporate facility customers made finding and hiring the best managers, supervisors, foremen, and laborers a top priority in 2016. We've continued strengthening our management and supervisory team by promoting from within and with the hiring of great people. In 2016 many successful landscape renovation projects were completed. Lawns and older plantings were converted to new landscapes featuring drip irrigation. We focus on updating property appearance while saving on water costs. Our water saving designs are colorful, vibrant and modern. I can't be more proud of our entire team and what we achieved in 2016. I attribute our success to our people and our shared vision. From management to gardeners, we all play a critical role in the Bay Pro way of conducting business...understand expectations, be professional, be supportive, be a team player.
