• SunCafe Organic is a celebration of lovingly raised foods prepared in their natural unadulterated state. We create rustic World Cuisine using whole, organic, pesticide-free, non-GMO, local foods. Our vegetables, seeds, nuts, fruits, fungi, legumes and assorted Super-foods are prepared fresh to conjure shockingly flavorful creations. Nearly everything is made from scratch in our own kitchen--7 kinds of vegan, non-dairy cheese, mayonnaise, sauces, veggie burger and more--using the lightest touch of cooking or prepared Raw with flair.
