We specialize in planning, engineering, and construction management services for wastewater collection, water distribution, water/wastewater treatment, industrial waste treatment, and public works infrastructure. LEE & RO's approach is centered on providing practical solutions to the technical challenges of wet infrastructure design, while focusing on responsive service and maximizing value for our clients. 90% of our revenue comes from repeat clients, some of whom we have served for our entire 37 year history. We provide civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical/instrumentation design services under one roof.
