• CCA Group is a boutique investment banking firm that provides financial advisory and asset management services to project sponsors, institutional investors and debt providers in the global asset finance sector. Our firm is comprised of 15 professionals with an average of 20 years of experience in structured finance. We are based in Boston and have an office in San Francisco. Our core focus is origination, structuring and execution of complex financial transactions for buy-side and sell-side clients within the energy, infrastructure and transportation industries. Our established deal team supports all aspects of a transaction to ensure a successful execution including product development, economic analysis, preparation of marketing materials, coordination of third party advisors and consultants, syndication and execution. We have extensive experience working on renewable energy transactions, having executed over 65 transactions in 16 states, as well as Puerto Rico, which involve renewable energy projects. Projects financed amount to over 7,000 MWs of installed electric capacity and over $18 billion in equipment value. Our expertise outside of the renewable sector includes transmission systems, gas storage, fossil fuel-fired electric generating facilities and commercial transportation assets in the aviation and freight rail sectors.
