Because of Mr. Glaves commercial expertise and Evergreens added value, we were able to develop the project for approximately $1.5 million and immediately create a project valuation of $5 million. Evergreen's ROI on the project was not measured in % but rather in multiple X as the project returned over 10X within 2 years of initial investment.
