Humpherys Homes & Estates

Description

• Our story began in 1967 when the first of three generations of family real estate brokers began representing clients in California. Then Sandra Humpherys began her career in real estate in North San Diego County in 1978. She loved serving clients with passion and integrity, and repeatedly her sales volumes ranked her as the #1 agent in her office. As Sandra worked with buyers and sellers, the passion she put into the profession was on display to a then 8-year old assistant (Brent Humpherys, her son) who would attend open houses and make friendly conversation with prospective buyers who would visit. But aside from watching his mother work, this little boy would frequently attend sales and prospecting seminars. He would later assist in moms office with mailing labels and even help with farming. As the young boy grew older, his love of real estate continued to develop into a passion. He went off to college and earned a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate and began buying and selling homes throughout San Diego County. After 31 years in the business, Sandra fought and then thankfully won a battle with cancer and passed the baton to her son Brent Humpherys who runs the family business today with a commitment to the very same principles which have guided our service for 47 years: - Unwavering integrity at all times - A clients best interest (not ours) behind all that we do - Tenacious negotiation with a winsome gentleness - Treating every client with the utmost in professionalism
