• The Washtenaw Area Apartment Association is organized to advance, assist, foster and promote the growth, development and general welfare of the rental housing industry.Our benefits to our members include:- Legislation The ability to keep abreast of the legislative issues facing the rental industry and to help enact legislation which will benefit the industry, locally, statewide and nationally. - Education The educational efforts and certifications offered by WA3, PMAM and the National Apartment Association. - National Apartment Association An automatic member in the National Apartment Association and the ability to receive all it's benefits and services. This includes participation in the National Lease Program. - Networking Opportunities Join members on a monthly basis for networking events.
