• Be Fluent NYC is New York Citys premier private English tutoring service dedicated to helping clients reach their unique English goals by looking at each learner individually. In the summer of 2008, ESL teachers Sinan and Masha returned from a teaching job in Japan, and they talked to various students and teachers about the industry in general, at home and abroad. They realized that there was a serious need for a place that focused on the practical application and use of English grammar (especially via conversation). Also lacking in the industry was an institution that valued the quality of its lessons rather than its quantity of students. With that on their mind, Sinan and Masha founded Be Fluent NYC, a company that would put both the learner and the instructor before its own bottom-line. The logic being that if classes were taught the right way, the business would follow Sure enough, four years later, Be Fluent NYC has grown into one of New Yorks premier ESL private lesson. At Be Fluent NYC we know that everyone has different needs and learning styles, which is why all of our courses are customized to help provide each individual learner with the confidence and skills needed to succeed, no matter what their goals are.
