• Studio V was created from fitness professional, Victoria Popoff, and her drive for health in the community. After spending 13 years in the fitness industry, working at health clubs, she designed a new model for people to create a lifelong love for fitness. Programs are designed to make you want to come back. The staff is supportive, motivating and positive. Every person who works at Studio V has been hand selected by Victoria for their personality, education, professionalism, and passion. Studio V is a place where judgement is left at the door and you are inspired to achieve your best. Many options are available to fit any budget. Group training prices range from $18-35. Packages & monthly memberships are available. Group or private sessions to fit each individual. We strive to make you feel amazing, healthy & happy. Studio V started a specialized nutrition, fitness & accountability bootcamp for those who wanted to challenge themselves and commit to themselves. This 6 week program helps re-shape bad eating habits and re-educate participants with our very own theory of clean eating, which requires no calorie counting or starvation. We re-train the brain to leave behind food addictions and lets us deal with emotional attachments to food. Victoria's background in Psychology has played a huge part in creating this life altering program. This program has been shown to work with participants within the studio and in a virtual online program with those unable to attend the studio.
