• Hultquist IP, formerly Intellectual Property/Technology Law (IPTL), was founded by Steven J. Hultquist in April, 1992. Our client base is diverse, ranging from universities and multinational corporations to start-up and emerging technology companies, in a wide range of technologies, including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemistry, engineering materials, nanotechnology, medical devices, optoelectronics and business methods.
