• Main Street Yoga has been serving McLean County since 1996. Our teachers are certified primarily through Kripalu Center and Pranakriya Yoga. We train and certify yoga teachers and yoga therapists through the Pranakriya School of Yoga directed by Michael Carroll.Besides yoga classes and teacher training at the studio we also provide fitness classes to major local corporations such as State Farm Insurance and Country Financial. These classes include Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Fitness Fusion, Strength Training and Office Oasis (a 1/2 hour stress reduction and therapeutic yoga class during the lunch hour).Main Street Yoga also features many excellent workshops led by leading teachers around the country and our own skillful teachers. We also have a Wellness Center that includes Therapeutic Massage and BodyTalk. The Wellness Center also houses an Ayurvedic Clinic under the direction of Dr. Ashlesha Raut M.D. Ayurveda. The clinic offers a variety of Ayurvedic treatments along with consultations by the doctor.At Main Street Yoga we practice ahimsa which means non-harming. While training and challenging students our foremost priority is to heal and create an accepting and safe environment for our students on all levels.
