- Reeds Ferry Small Buildings, Inc. (DBA: Reeds Ferry Sheds®). Reeds Ferry Sheds manufactures high quality custom-crafted sheds, utility buildings, gazebos, and pool cabanas. Established in 1960 by the late Hobart D. Carleton, the company has over 50 years of manufacturing experience. Today the third generation of the Carleton family owns and operates the business. At Reeds Ferry you deal direct with the manufacturer. This allows Reeds to keep their prices competitive while using higher grade materials and construction methods. Reeds Ferry constructs their buildings with the studs 16 on-center; they use thick exterior-grade plywood for the sheathing; pressure-treated lumber on the floor joist; and 25-year asphalt shingles on the roof. Upon comparison consumers find Reeds Ferry provides greater quality for the same price.Delivery is free in New England. All Reeds Ferry buildings are pre-fabricated at their production facility and assembled on location. This practice allows the installation-crews easier access to your site and it minimizes any chance of landscape damage. Reeds professionally trained installers finish a typical installation in less than four hours. Reeds Ferry also offers a shed removal and shed relocation service.Since day one Reeds Ferry has strived to give their customers the best quality and value for the dollar. Their products will provide you years of satisfaction and service and they back that statement with a 30-year warranty.
