• Aeries Development is a design and project management company. Our mission is to allow our clients to become their own developers, borrowing the experience of our successful design and development team in order to achieve a fast, cost-effective, transparent, calm and joyful building project.Aeries designs in conjunction with a Consulting Builder, allowing us to value-engineer our projects in the drawing stage to be sure that what we ultimately design can be built within budget. Our Design, Building Consultation and Project Management fees are all flat, fixed and based on an approved estimate of time. We do not charge more if the agreed-upon scope takes longer than expected to realize. In this way our interests and goals for a project remain perfectly aligned with those of our clients.Aeries competitively bids all projects, helping our clients to accurately compare pricing. Aeries then orchestrates all aspects of the build: guiding the project through the entitlement phase, managing and reporting on budgets, coordinating all consultants and members of the build team, visiting the site daily and maintaining a driving pressure on the job site with an eye toward maximum efficiency in terms of both time and expenditure.The divisions of Aeries bill separately and there is no sharing of revenue. This preserves the ability of Project Management to supervise its Design and Building Consultation divisions rigorously, unclouded by conflict of interest.Aeries believes that a finished project will resonate only when every detail has been cared for and precisely executed along the way. We have developed our building resources to the point at which we purely enjoy the development process. The Aeries team is eager to share this experience with its clients.
