Employees are lead through a series of breathing and stretching exercises to reduce stress, relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, head and lower back, plus increase focus and energy. There are a variety of ways we might be able to work together. All services & packages can be completely customized based on your organization or corporations specific needs and objectives. Self Reboot is an authorized vendor with Cigna Healthcare. All of our programs can be paid by using your Cigna Wellness Dollars.
