Our personalized programming starts with a survey of needs, written specifically for your team to determine what your employees want and need the most out of a wellness program with regular follow up to ensure maximum engagement. Nest Health Connections is committed to providing a menu of comprehensive services to delight all employees, including: Health Assessments - designed by our RN and Certified Personal Trainer Nutritional/Dietary - our functional nutritionist will host a variety of lunch and learn nutrition discussions as well as provide individual counseling and meal planning Yoga - choose from several classes a day or weekly options (class types include: beginning yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative, power). Chiropractic - our on staff chiropractor will offer lunch and learn courses on the benefits of chiropractic as well as provide weekly adjustments at your location. Personal Training - individual motivation and training as well group workout sessions offered daily, weekly or monthly. Meditation - how to and why discussions, daily or weekly classes and space design if needed. Massage - our team of massage therapists will come to your site weekly or monthly and offer chair or full body massage Lunch & Learn Healthy Living Seminars - 15-45 minute weekly or month talks focused on a variety of topics including nutrition, meal planning, gardening, supplements, walking meetings, smoothies vs juicing, cleansing/detox weeks and much, much more. Off-site Team Building Activities - hikes, SUP (Stand up Paddle board) and SUP yoga, bike rides, kayaking and more Motivation - keeping your employees on track throughout the year to meet their goals
