Job1USA will provide services ranging from dedicated account management at our local branch to an On or Off-Location Coordinator with designated hours either at your facility or at a site office within proximity of your facility. We will also follow an agreed upon implementation schedule at the inception of your program that will utilize the Job1USA Resource Team to build a pool of candidates and concentrate on recruiting and training the right candidate to fill the account management or On or Off-Location Coordinator position. The account manager or On or Off-Location Coordinator will work closely with your floor managers, supervisors and upper management in a team-oriented environment to keep current records on employees. Pay increases, reviews, warnings and counseling will be conducted on a timely basis and documented. Direct communication between the On or Off-Location Coordinator and the floor managers will determine daily/weekly needs as well as address retention issues and production issues, if applicable.
