- It is our goal to provide the student members (junior high school through doctoral programs) of our organization with the support to become productive citizens by involving/engaging them in leadership development activities, educational opportunities, job readiness training, and facilitating internship placement and permanent employment, with special emphasis on agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences.Motto: Changing the face of agriculture by linking hands around the worldMission Statement: Promoting academic and professional advancement by empowering minorities in agriculture, natural resources and related sciencesIf you are a student or a professional in agriculture, natural resources or related sciences, opportunities to grow and network are available through MANRRS: Internships and cooperative training experiences with private companies and government agencies;Professional and scholarly development;Inclusion in a national student and professional register;Networking and communication skills;Annual National Career Fair and Training Conference; andRegional meetings.MANRRS promotes interaction between and among its students, professional members, and other organizations and institutions.
