- Gilman Management strategically acquires REO and distressed properties in the NYC area. We provide assistance in shortsales. Though initially focusing on residential multi-family assets in New York City, the successive generations have expanded the reach of Gilman Management to Long Island, Pennsylvania and New England. Currently, the Gilman Management affiliates are owners and operators of properties whose net worth exceeds four hundred million ($400,000,000.00) dollars and includes 3500 residential units in one hundred properties through the New York tri-state area, as well as shopping centers and office buildings (attached is a partial list of the Gilman Management Properties).
