- The mission of Minnesota Youth 7on7 Passing League (my7on7) is to grow the youth football experience in the TwinCities and Western Wisconsin area through our fun, safe, touch (no tackle/no flag) passing league. Our goal is to serve area football kids wanting to develop their offensive and defensive football skills (rules allow for scoring on both sides of the ball) in the offseason through our local league. my7on7 Passing League will emphasize the passing game versus a variety of man-to-man, and zone pass coverages. The games are played on a football field with offenses always moving towards the same end zone. Running plays are not allowed (exception Division 4), although dumping the ball off to a RB behind the line of scrimmage is permitted. No pass rush allowed, and the QB must release the ball within 4 seconds or be penalized. Contact is very limited, and simply touching the offensive player will stop the play.
