Alluvionic sets themselves apart from their competitors by offering a wide range of products and services, which includes a combination of project management and engineering product design.Using PMIs PMBOK & CMMI® as our baseline approach, each program and project is tailored to meet the organizational needs of the business. With this approach our customers receive rapid results, the best achievable customer ROI, and the least amount of disruption to the organization as possible.CMMI® is a process improvement maturity model for the development of products and services. It consists of best practices that address development and maintenance activities that cover the product life-cycle from conception through delivery and maintenance. We help companies obtain and maintain their CMMI Levels (1-5). Some businesses may use CMMI® as their general process baseline since it is based on industry best practices. Other businesses must have the CMMI® accreditation to submit compliant proposals. Alluvionic Inc. principals have managed and consulted across the process areas defined in the CMMI®. Our consultants have helped large multi-facility organization along with smaller single location companies achieve CMMI Levels 1-5 and incorporate their integrated enterprise processes to include software, systems, hardware, program management and support. www.alluvionic.com WOSB/EDWOSB Small Business
