Red Ocher Solutions

Description

• 30+ years of integrating processes and technology into business operations. My passion is Operations or what I call the Money Pipeline of a business. I study the core activities of a business that bring value to their customer and subsequently revenue to themselves. It is through the judicious use of policies, processes, and technology that I help my clients optimize these workflows. I acquired a financial acumen, starting with bookkeeping in high school, accounting in college, project management, and running my own businesses, that allows me to evaluate the value and potential returns of my solutions. My clients are mainly service businesses such as a 368-bed acute care hospital, a 584,000 sf convention center, a $750 mil cheese manufacturing plant, a 22,000 member labor union, advertising agencies, law firms, commercial property managers, and more. Ive worked with companies that do business locally or nationally. The main value I bring to a client is the ability to accurately define an objective, or problem, and rapidly self-learn the information necessary to develop a solution. I have worked in many different businesses, across all departments, with all management levels, with customers and vendors, and have a wide variety of personal interests. This allows me to draw ideas from many different perspectives and knowledge domains. From the start of my career I have worked mostly time-critical projects and problems. Im punctual, have a sense of urgency, and prefer working to deadlines rather than ongoing projects. I use an MVP (minimum viable product) approach to implement the key elements of a process or system and get them into the workflow quickly.
