Leadership Team Experience: The NAC Executive Team has deep experience in entrepreneurialism, private equity, investment management, commercial banking and real estate. Our partners have personally launched and operated over a half dozen successful ventures, served as directors and executives in companies ranging from startup to over $1 billion in revenue, and underwritten more than $300 million in debt and equity investments. The firm has the freedom to review unique opportunities and structure deals in a manner that maximizes its risk-reward ratio. Deal Flow Interests: North Avenue Capital will participate in a variety of deals where debt funding is required. Our role in each deal is unique to the needs of the parties involved and can range from broker to direct lender. Our firm is also a participant and leader in the USDA Business and Industry Loan Program, where we oversee the extension of guaranteed credit for economic development in rural communities nationwide. This program, among other North Avenue Capital strategies, allows lower/middle market companies to receive affordable credit in difficult borrowing environments. We actively look for companies in need of funding and extend credit to cooperative organizations, corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities organized and operated on a profit and non-profit basis; public body, or individual.
