Our training emphasis is geared towards strength gains and weight loss using functional real life training methods.My name is Christy Martin, I am the Personal Trainer here at Centerline.It is my passion is to help people achieve their individual health and fitness goals.Over the past 8 years as a Personal Trainer I have found that clients prefer and appreciate private, 1-on-1 personal fitness training and that's exactly what I provide. I customize each clients 30 minute training session specifically for her needs, goals and limitations.My clients workouts are fun, effective and functional using innovative training methods.Before moving to Walla Walla I owned and operated Heart To Heart Health Personal Training in Spokane.
