Founded in 2001, YRCI began with four dedicated individuals working from a basement and has been growing since that first year of operation. YRCI has contracted to more than 80 government agencies, supported more than 110 commercial clients, and has placed thousands of professionals. YRCIs core offerings are focused on three service areas: Human Capital, Acquisition Support, and Financial Services.The Human Capital Service Area has helped federal and commercial customers improve their capabilities with every HR activity, from maintaining compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws to sourcing qualified candidates and classifying position descriptions to workforce planning and full employee life-cycle support.The Acquisition Service Area provides outsourced professional services for the contracts management & procurement market. Our relationships with the contracts management and procurement community have allowed them to place more than 1000 professionals within the industry. We are also support several government agencies operate and enhance their procurement processes and participate throughout the procurement life-cycle.Financial Services is a new service area for YRCI but not a new service. For several years and many clients we have provided budget, planning, programming and fiscal execution services. Today our services range from full PPB&E to full cycle Grants Management, and closeout support for contracts and grants.
