• Quartic.ai provides Augmented Intelligence solutions for industrial manufacturing applications. Deming®, our full stack Industrial IoT, pattern recognition and Machine Learning platforms allows customers to transform existing processes like Operational Excellence, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Operator Driven Reliability (ODR) into data-enabled, Smart Industry processes. Our solution can be implemented in the cloud, on premises, at the edge or an edge-to-cloud solution. Quartic.ai was started by industrial process control and asset reliability professionals with several decades of experience. Having implemented sensor based process automation and predictive maintenance in hundreds of applications, we fully understand the rich, but stranded intelligence infrastructure that exists in manufacturing. We also understand why well intended and implemented Operational Excellence and RCM processes fail to yield results after initial deployment. With our platform and applications, we allow our customers to leverage their existing infrastructure of process and asset condition data and add machine learning and deep learning algorithms to create augmented operations and maintenance. When developing Deming®, we set out to solve this conundrum that AI and Machine learning platforms are useless without domain knowledge; and domain experts in manufacturing cannot all become data scientists and programmers. By building the industrys first tag based machine learning and AI platform, we make it possible for operations, maintenance & reliability and engineering professionals to use their domain knowledge and experience to build smart machine learning applications, at their pace. We first make integration and ingestion of data easy-as-pie, from PLCs, DCS systems, plant historians, new sensors and ERP/CMMS systems. Our patent-pending, user-driven data fusion engine allows extraction of context from ERP/CMMS, Process control & operations, and conditioning monitoring data. The user can then use applications like ContexAlyze® to explore and discover relationships and behavior of their data and start performing feature learning. Using an array of pattern recognition, anomaly detection and general prediction algorithms, we create powerful applications with this data for asset health, quality and throughput predictions. In addition to predictions, influencing factors and root cause insights can also be extracted. The Complex Event Alerts created by Deming® can be communicated as alerts or embedded as intelligence in existing plant management systems or used to close the loop by integrating these actionable insights through APIs for ERP, and CMMS systems.
