A & M Transport was founded by Andy and Marian Owens on March 3, 1989 and is located in Glendale Oregon. The Company is owned and managed by the Owens family and now proudly employs 3 generations of family members. A & M Transport operates throughout Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada and Arizona with most of the activity occurring on the I-5 corridor. The principal types of freight transported by the Company include consumer products, retail store merchandise, food products, paper products, beverages ( alcoholic and non-alcoholic), industrial products, steel products, lumber and other building materials.The Companys business philosophy is to provide a superior service to its customers at an affordable cost along with hauling loads at maximum weights. To accomplish this, A & M operates premium, modern tractors and trailers specd out in such a manner as to allow for sufficient comfort for the drivers while providing maximum load carrying capacity. The A & M fleet consists of late model, 3 axle, conventional tractors pulling 53ft dry vans, 45 & 48 ft taunt-liners and 45 & 48ft flatbed trailers.
