• Integral Flow . Tara Devine, PhD and Neal Sarahan, PhD have formed a consulting collaborative partnership committed to enhancing and transforming human development projects. Who - We work with innovators in arenas such as schools and residential programs, community care non-profits, corporations invested in social responsibility, and academies of public policy. What - We strive to increase capacity for developmental health, evolutionary education, positive life adaptation, and strengths-based personal and collective value creation. Why - We fundamentally believe in inclusive participatory engagement, purposive life span development, restorative justice, and the necessity of intentional environments for transformation. How - We integrate systems of care in ways that are respectfully collaborative, developmental and intentional. Our analysis and interactions assume appreciative inquiry and social construction frames. Doctors Tara Devine and Neal Sarahan are joined globally to a group of unique practitioners from a wide variety of human development related fields. We are coordinated with other associates and founders of the Taos Institute in maximizing the strengths and potential of the whole.
