Seven Minutes Inc.

Description

• The 7 Minute Life is a time management training and executive coaching company. Our time management philosophy is to learn how to take small deliberate, manageable steps every day. We call these tiny steps, micro-actions. Understanding the power of micro-actions, you can improve your time management and re-engage with your life at work and at home. These tiny micro-actions, along with the knowledge of how to work from a written daily plan of action is transforming the old idea of time management which focused on accomplishing more tasks every day.Our time management theory is created on a foundation of focusing your full attention on accomplishing just a few high value activities and doing them well.We believe accomplishing five high value activities before eleven o'clock in the morning is a far better use of your time and energy than accomplishing fifteen low value activities that do not move you forward and keep you stranded in the overwhelming chaos of a disorganized life. Why 7 Minutes? - Time management is process of choosing the length of time you will consciously and deliberately focus your attention on a specific activity. This brings us to the 1% Planning Commitment - One percent of 1440 minutes is 14.40 minutes per day. The foundational philosophy of The 7 Minute Life is to take 7 minutes every evening and 7 minutes each morning to clarify and prioritize which tasks and activities you will choose to spend your limited number of minutes working each day.We challenge you to take the 7 Minute Challenge and see for yourself how this seemingly small number '7' can transform your life completely!
