• Patients are currently required to log onto patient portals to pull their medical records. Each patient requires a unique login at each portal to receive a fraction of their medical record. A family of four, with 3 providers each, would have to use TWELVE different logins to gather their medical records. Patients dont have time for that and providers are penalized for it.Docsnap puts the patient in the center of their healthcare team by sending all the Patient Health Information (PHI), from all of their doctors and for all family members to a simple to use mobile app. Docsnap is the first EHR for patients.
