ACTs services include product design, process development, equipment design, equipment modification, bench-scale and pilot-scale testing, plant design and fabrication. A client can come to ACT with nothing more than an idea and come out with a proprietary process and a full-scale plant, ready for an international market.ACT specializes in the design and fabrication of commercial production plants and equipment for a wide range of industries and processes. ACT maintains over 77,000 ft2 that consist of research/development and fabrication facilities. Our facilities in Florence, Alabama include laboratories, design facilities, fabrication shops, pilot plant facilities, greenhouses, and much more. ACTs engineers and staff have the knowledge and experience to handle an unlimited range of process applications. Fabrication services include production equipment, skid-mounted systems and custom equipment. Since 1981 ACT has worked with international clientele to develop new equipment designs and processes and is known worldwide for expertise and craftsmanship. Clients from around the world utilize the ACT lab and pilot plant facilities for both development and test marketing.
